I need a qualified professional to prepare a full safety plan and updated load calculations for an existing church building. The goal is to document current conditions, confirm that all structural loads are within code-compliant limits, and outline clear, actionable safety measures that can be submitted to the local authority.
The building is a functioning church, so every recommendation must respect its day-to-day use while meeting the latest life-safety and structural standards. You are free to work in the platform you know best—AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, SAP2000 or similar—as long as the final package can be read easily by consultants and officials.
Deliverables I’m expecting:
• A stamped structural load report that
• A written safety plan with highlighted diagrams showing evacuation paths, fire-fighting equipment locations, and any required signage
• Updated floor plans or mark-ups that reflect both the load findings and safety recommendations
• A brief cover memo summarising key risks, mitigation steps, and next actions
Acceptance criteria:
• Documents must align with the current local building and fire codes.
• All calculations should be reproducible and traceable.
• Drawings must print clearly at A3
