I need a full structural design package for a new commercial car showroom. The building must safely support the weight of vehicles on display and in storage, so high-load-capacity floors are the core requirement around which the entire frame, slab system, and foundation will be engineered.

To keep coordination smooth, please base all modelling and analysis in any of the standard tools—STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, or Revit Structure—so I can share files easily with the wider project team. I will provide the architectural layout, column grid preferences, and preliminary soil report as soon as we begin.

Deliverables
• Signed-off calculation report covering gravity, lateral, live-load vehicle stacking, and code checks
• Complete structural drawings (PDF + DWG) for foundations, framing, and floor systems
• BIM or native model file with clearly named views and sheets
• Brief construction-stage notes highlighting special concreting or reinforcement details for the heavy‐duty slabs

Acceptance criteria
• Floor system designed for the specified vehicle load with deflection limits verified
• All elements compliant with the latest ACI/IBC provisions (or your local equivalent—confirm before starting)
• Drawings and model coordinated, clash-free, and ready for permit submission

Timely updates and willingness to clarify design assumptions will be appreciated so the project can move straight to permitting without back-and-forth revisions.
