California EV Charger Permit Assistance
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m preparing to add a small cluster of 1–5 EV charging stations at a shopping center here in California and need a specialist who can carry the project smoothly through the city-permitting process.
You’ll take the lead on compiling and submitting every document the municipality requires, including electrical load calculations, site plans, single-line diagrams, ADA layout compliance, Title 24 notes, and any CALGreen references. I already have the basic layout sketched and utility capacity verified; your job is to translate that information into a permit-ready package, address any plan-checker comments, and stay with the application until final approval is in hand.
Familiarity with California Building Code, CEC, and local fire-safety provisions for commercial parking lots is essential, as is experience coordinating with utility providers for meter upgrades if the city flags one. CAD or Revit proficiency is expected for clean, scalable drawings.
Acceptance criteria
• Complete, city-stamped plan set returned in PDF and CAD formats

• All corrections (if any) resolved and resubmitted within agreed timelines
• Written summary of final permit conditions and next-step inspections
