CAD Plumbing & Electrical Layout new bathroom

I’m remodeling a bathroom to include a new walk-in shower, and I already have some rough sketches that show where the shower, sink, and toilet will sit. I now need those ideas translated into a professional set of plumbing and electrical drawings suitable for permit submission and contractor use.

The final deliverable must be a clean CAD, sketch up file (DWG or similar) that clearly indicates:
• Pipe runs, venting, and drain lines with appropriate diameters
• Hot- and cold-water supplies to each fixture
• Electrical circuits, switching, GFCI outlets, lighting points, and fan connection
• Fixture locations for a standard shower, vanity sink, and toilet, labeled for easy reference
• Any notes needed to satisfy typical residential code requirements

I’ll provide the sketches and site photos as soon as we start. Please build the model in AutoCAD, Revit, or another mainstream CAD platform so my contractor can pull dimensions directly. Accuracy is more important than speed; I’d like everything coordinated so the trades have zero clashes once they’re on site.
