Bungalow Steel I Beams Square Pipes & Steel Deck Sheet Detail Drawings.

I have completed the architectural layout for a single-storey bungalow and prepared rough SketchUp models that show where every steel beam and column should sit. Now I need those ideas translated into fully-dimensioned structural drawings that a fabricator and the local authority can both sign off on.
The scope is limited to the steel frame: every beam, column and connection must be sized, annotated and called out in accordance with our local building codes. Please base your work on the SketchUp file I will supply, then deliver:
• A clean CAD/PDF drawing set covering plans, sections and elevations of the frame
• Member schedules with sizing, grade and bolt/weld specifications
• Connection and base-plate details ready for fabrication
If you prefer working in AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla or a similar package, that is fine—as long as the output is clearly laid out, accurate and easy for the site crew to read.
