I’m taking my single-story bungalow down to the studs and need a clear, build-ready plan as quickly as possible. The scope covers every major space—kitchen, bathroom, living area, and connecting halls—with special attention to:
• Relocating or removing interior walls to open the layout
• Raising selective ceiling sections for better volume
• New flooring specification throughout
• Updated kitchen and bath fixture layouts, cabinetry, and lighting points
What I’m looking for
1. A detailed set of floor-plans and reflected ceiling plans that show all proposed wall moves and height changes.
2. Basic elevations or 3D views that let my contractor visualize the kitchen and bath updates.
3. A concise material/fixture schedule (brands optional) so pricing can start immediately.
4. Drawings delivered in PDF plus an editable format (DWG, Revit, or SketchUp) so local engineers can add any structural notes.
Timeline
I’m ready to move yesterday—please outline how quickly you can turn around the first draft and a realistic window for final revisions.
