Builder-Ready Barndominium Floor Plans

Role
We are hiring an architectural designer or residential draftsperson to produce full construction drawing sets for barndominium homes in the U.S.
These drawings must be builder-ready and suitable for pricing, material takeoffs, and construction. Stamping is not required, but plans must follow U.S. residential standards.
This is ongoing work with repeat volume.
Scope of Work (REQUIRED)
You will convert approved floor plans into a complete construction document set, including:
Cover sheet
Dimensioned floor plans
Foundation plan
Framing plans (floor and roof)
Roof plan
Exterior elevations (all sides)
Building sections
Wall sections and typical details
Door and window schedules
Electrical layout (basic)
Plumbing layout (basic)
Notes and specifications suitable for a builder
Plans must be clean, clear, and usable by a real contractor, not conceptual marketing drawings.
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Proven experience producing builder-ready residential plans
Experience with barndominiums, post-frame, metal buildings, or wood-frame homes strongly preferred
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Chief Architect, or similar
Familiar with U.S. building standards and typical construction methods
Ability to coordinate structural intent (even if engineer will finalize)
Ability to revise quickly based on builder feedback

Not Pinterest or marketing drawings
Not student or beginner work
If you have not produced construction documents used in the field, do not apply.
