Brisbane DA/BA Drafting

I’m renovating an entire residential property in Brisbane and need a skilled draftsperson who can turn my design intent into a full DA- and BA-ready drawing package. The scope covers a whole-house renovation, so every space—kitchen, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms and the external envelope—must be captured in the plans.

Your drawings must satisfy Brisbane City Plan provisions, relevant QDC requirements and any council overlay that applies to the site. I’ll supply measured sketches, photos and notes on layout changes; you’ll translate them into clean, coordinated CAD files and print-ready PDFs.

Deliverables
• Site plan, existing and proposed
• Demolition plan highlighting all removals
• Proposed floor plans, elevations, sections and roof plan
• Door, window and finishes schedules
• Shadow diagrams and basic services layouts if council requests them
• Title block set up with my project details, scale and north point
• One consolidated PDF set plus editable DWG (or Revit) source files

Acceptance
Drawings must pass a first-round check with my certifier for completeness and clarity. I’ll consider the job complete once the certifier gives written confirmation that the package is suitable for submission.

I prefer AutoCAD or Revit users familiar with Queensland standards, but as long as I receive clean DWGs I’m flexible. Please include a sample of a similar renovation package when you respond so I can see your detailing style.
