Bondi Apartment Modern Makeover

I’m updating my two-bedroom apartment right on Bondi Beach and need professional help to plan and detail a partial renovation. The work will touch every lived-in space—living room, both bedrooms, plus the kitchen and bathroom—but we’ll keep all structural walls in place.

My brief is simple: give the flat a fresh, modern look that feels light and suited to the coastal setting without going full “beach house.” I already have a clear budget range in mind for works and finishes; what I need from you is the creative direction, drawings and specifications that will let local trades price and build with confidence.

Scope of work I’m looking for:
• Concept development showing modern colour palette, fixtures, fittings and furniture suggestions
• Layout refinements where possible to improve flow and storage within existing walls
• Detailed specification sheets and annotated plans/elevations ready for builders and cabinet-makers
• A concise finishes schedule so I can source materials locally
• Up to two rounds of revisions after initial presentation

I’m comfortable collaborating via Zoom and sharing current floor plans and site photos immediately. Please tell me about similar apartment projects you’ve handled, the software you’ll use (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or comparable), and how long you’ll need for each stage.
