Blueprint Redraw & Permit Set

I have the existing house drawings as digital PDFs and need them transformed into an accurate, editable CAD model. From there, I must incorporate the client’s proposed changes—this is a major layout revision:

• Convert the current carport to finished interior space
• Extend the front of the home so the entire façade lines up with the former carport projection

First, I’ll need clean schematic plans and an updated front elevation for the client’s approval. Once they sign off, I’ll move straight into a full permit-ready package that a local building department will accept.

Key expectations
• Precise tracing/import of the PDF plans into AutoCAD, Revit, or an equivalent platform
• Floor plans, elevations, roof plan, basic sections, schedules, and code notes formatted for residential permits
• Native CAD files plus high-resolution PDFs at each milestone

Acceptance criteria
• Revised dimensions match the brief within ¼" accuracy
• Drawings use standard layers, line weights, and scale
• Permit set is complete—no missing sheets or required notes
