Blueprint to 3D Construction Model

I have a set of architectural blueprints that I need turned into an accurate, scale-correct 3D model strictly for construction coordination. The model only has to show the basic structure—walls, slabs, roof planes, openings, and primary structural elements—so contractors can reference geometry and pull measurements. No interior furnishings, finishes, or intricate architectural detailing are required.

Please deliver a single, well-organized OBJ file. Use whichever software you prefer—SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, Blender, or similar—as long as the exported OBJ is clean, manifold, and true to the dimensions on the drawings.

Before you begin, I’ll share the PDF plans and confirm any critical dimensions that might be ambiguous. When the first draft is ready, send a quick screenshot set so I can verify orientation and overall massing. After any final tweaks, provide the finished OBJ along with its associated MTL, if generated, and a brief note on the units you modeled in.

My main acceptance criteria are:
• All plan dimensions reproduced within construction tolerance.
• Model opens error-free in standard viewers (Meshlab, SketchUp, etc.).
• Layering or grouping that clearly separates major elements (e.g., walls vs. roof).
