5-Bedroom Home Floor Plan Design

I’m looking for a detailed floor plan for a residential, single-family home that will comfortably fit five bedrooms. I have the lot dimensions and a rough idea of the flow I want, but I need a professional layout that shows clear room sizes, circulation, and sensible placement of service areas such as kitchen, bathrooms, and storage.

Please provide:
• A scaled floor plan in PDF and editable CAD (DWG or similar).
• Basic furniture layout so I can visualise space utilisation.
• A legend indicating overall and individual room dimensions.

The drawing should follow standard architectural conventions and be ready for the next steps with a structural engineer. If you use AutoCAD, Revit, or another mainstream drafting tool, just let me know so I can open the native file. I’m happy to answer any clarifying questions before you start and will give prompt feedback on the first draft so we can finalise the plan quickly.
