Bedroom Blueprint Revisions

I already have full house plans in both DWG and PDF; only the bedrooms need to be touched. Everything else on the drawings stays exactly as it is. Once you review the current set, we’ll decide together whether the update means redrawing partition lines, resizing closets, shifting windows, or any other tweaks that improve the bedroom layouts while remaining code-compliant.

I will send you the original layered CAD file, site information, and any reference photos you might need. In return, I’m looking for a clean, fully editable CAD file and a plotted PDF sheet set that my builder can print and work from straight away. Experience with residential drafting standards and local building codes is essential, and proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit will keep the workflow smooth.

Turnaround within a week is ideal, but let me know if you need slightly more time once you’ve seen the drawings.

Deliverables:
• Updated, fully layered DWG (or RVT) reflecting only the bedroom changes
• Corresponding PDF sheets ready for construction print
• A brief revision log noting every change made for easy sign-off
