Bathroom Fixture & Material Redesign

I’m working with an existing bathroom layout that currently shows a wall-mounted urinal pot alongside an Indian-style toilet. My brief is straightforward:

• Remove the wall-mounted urinal pot
• Keep the Indian-style toilet exactly where it is
• Introduce a Western-style toilet in the most space-efficient position

To help my contractor price and execute the remodel, I need a refreshed design package that covers every dimension, elevation, and finish. When you update the drawings, be sure to include:

1. Accurate floor-plan and wall-elevation measurements for all four walls.
2. Fixture locations, waste/vent stack shifts, and any plumbing or electrical rerouting required for the new Western toilet.
3. A concise material schedule detailing:
• Type of tiles and fixtures
• Paint and other surface finishes
• All plumbing and sanitary materials (pipes, traps, valves, rough-ins, etc.)

Deliver the files in editable CAD (DWG or Revit) plus PDF sheets ready for site use. If you work in SketchUp, please export the DWG as well so my local architect can review.
