Basic Site Map Drafting
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need an experienced architectural drafter to create a clean, easy-to-read site map for a new project. The scope is intentionally simple: a basic outline that shows lot boundaries, primary building footprints, access drives, and key setbacks—no elevations, utilities, or full site analysis at this stage.
You may work in AutoCAD, Revit, or another professional drafting tool as long as the final files are delivered in DWG and PDF formats.
Deliverables:
• Scaled site map in DWG and PDF
• Clearly labeled dimensions and north arrow
• One round of minor revisions after the first draft
The project is ready to start immediately, and I can supply a rough hand sketch plus property survey data once we agree on terms. If you have a solid track record in architectural drafting and can turn around a clean layout quickly, I look forward to collaborating with you.
