I’m about to break ground on a new home in Bangalore and the architectural plans are already signed off. What I now require is a licensed civil engineer who can transform those drawings into a fully buildable, code-compliant reality while keeping an eye on site logistics and costs.
The scope covers site planning and design, structural analysis and design, day-to-day construction supervision, and hands-on support with material purchase and budgeting. Local familiarity with BBMP bylaws, soil conditions, and trusted suppliers will be essential because I want smooth approvals, reliable sourcing, and zero surprises once the first footing is poured. Working files will likely move between AutoCAD/Revit for drawings and STAAD Pro (or similar) for structural calculations, so proficiency with those tools is expected.
Deliverables
• BBMP-ready structural drawings stamped and ready for submission
• Detailed site layout and grading plan, including drainage solutions
• Itemised BOQ with cost estimates and a live tracker for procurement
• Weekly supervision reports highlighting progress, quality checks, and any corrective actions
