BIM Manager for Multi-Buildings -- 2
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m overseeing a portfolio of several buildings designed in Revit and need a dedicated BIM Manager to keep our models clean, consistent, and efficient. Your main focus will be:
• Model quality control – run regular audits, spot clashes early, and enforce our naming, layering, and parameter standards so every file stays construction-ready.
• Workflow automation – build or refine Dynamo scripts, templates, and schedules that cut down repetitive tasks and help the team publish coordinated sets faster.
The assignment spans multiple buildings currently in design, so expect a variety of architectural and MEP models to review. I’ll provide access to our Revit files, existing standards, and a sample project so you can evaluate what must be tightened up first.
Deliverables I’m looking for:
1. A written QC report for each model outlining issues found, fixes applied, and recommendations.
2. Dynamo scripts or other Revit-native automations clearly documented and tested.
3. Updated Revit template or view/filter setups reflecting the new standards.
4. A brief hand-over guide so in-house staff can maintain the improvements.
5. Better way to run keynotes
