BIM LOD500 Upgrade & Shop Drawings

Job ID: 40513332

Budget: $8 – $15 USD

I have an existing LOD-300 BIM model that spans architecture, structure, MEPF, infrastructure, landscape and several specialist packages. I now need the entire model lifted to true LOD-500 and paired with fully coordinated shop drawings.

All disciplines move forward together so the model stays federated and clash-free. For the structural portion I require every steel connection, reinforcement run and foundation element modeled to fabrication accuracy. On the architectural side I expect complete interior finish build-ups and exterior façade assemblies, right down to fixing brackets and jointing details. MEPF, infrastructure and landscape components should follow the same “as-built” level of precision.

Revit (2023 preferred) will be our main platform, with Navisworks used for clash checks; IFC and NWC exports form part of the hand-over.

Deliverables
• Coordinated, discipline-segregated Revit model at LOD-500
• Comprehensive shop drawings on our title block (PDF & DWG)
• Clash-free Navisworks report
• IFC/NWC exports for record and coordination

Acceptance criteria
• Structural steel, reinforcement and foundations modeled to bar-diameter accuracy
• Interior finishes and façade units match approved material schedules
• Zero clashes over 5 mm after reconciliation
• Drawing sets follow our CAD/ISO 19650 naming, revision and sheet standards

Share your turnaround time and any clarifications you need; I will provide the current model, survey cloud and office standards the moment we lock the scope. Looking forward to a smooth collaboration.
