BIM 360° Interactive Walkthrough

I have a fully developed Revit model of our new complex and I need it converted into a MATTERPORT STYLE ONLINE WALKTHROUGH that I can send to clients as a simple web link. When visitors open the link, they should be able to move freely from node to node, spin the view a full 360°, and drill down into details that match our BIM accuracy—right down to fixtures and finishes.

Because this is for a client presentation, polish is everything. I want three interactive layers built in:
• Hotspots that highlight key areas or components the moment a user hovers or clicks.
• Custom text or image annotations I can edit later if the design evolves.
• An optional guided-tour narration that can auto play or be toggled on demand.

I’ll supply the Revit file and any finish schedules you need. You handle scene optimization, render quality, and hosting (preferably browser-based with no install). The final deliverable is a responsive URL plus a simple hand-off document explaining how to update hotspots and narration should we change the BIM later.
