BIM Drawing for SWRO Units Installation
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
• Undertake the BIM drawings required for the temporary installation of the SWRO Units (2X2000CMD) including civil, mechanical, electrical and marine works.
• The project composes of containerized R.O. units, foundations and related civil works, GRP MCC kiosk, Chemical storage facility/container, Operator Area/porta cabin, Standby power generator with diesel storage tank, seawater intake structure and outfall reject structure, and all its interconnection piping and electrical cabling.
• Our prospect BIM Engineer shall prepare BIM Drawings using Revit software (version 2016 and above) for all the required shop drawings (LOD400) and as-built drawings (LOD500) for submission to client.
• Key BIM Deliverables
o Shop Drawings:
Detailed fabrication drawings for all disciplines
Clash detection reports and resolution
Material take-offs and BOQs
Installation sequences and 4D scheduling if required
Coordination drawings showing all services
o As-Built Documentation:
Updated models reflecting actual field installation
Red-line incorporation
Final equipment locations and elevations
Actual cable and pipe routing
Operation and maintenance accessibility verification
