Australian DA Drafting Support

I need an experienced Australian-based draftsperson who can jump straight into a mixed-use Development Application and carry it through to council lodgement. You will be taking my sketches, mark-ups and consultant notes and turning them into DA-ready drawings that satisfy both the relevant Australian Standards and the specific local council requirements I will supply.

Because timing is tight this month, I’m looking for someone who can work independently, respond quickly to feedback and issue tidy, fully coordinated drawing sets in AutoCAD or Revit. Your previous DA experience should be evident in the way you document setbacks, shadow diagrams, schedules and other council essentials without me having to micro-manage the process.

Deliverables
• Complete DA drawing package (site plan, floor plans, elevations, sections and key schedules) ready for council submission
• Revisions as required until the council is satisfied
• Native CAD files plus PDFs for issue
