Attorney Office Space Layout Designs

I’m working with two office suites and already have dimensioned sketches for each. I now need those rough drawings turned into polished, code-ready layouts that suit an attorney practice. The plan must carve out:

• A welcoming reception area that flows naturally from the main entrance
• One dedicated conference room sized for client meetings and small depositions
• Multiple enclosed private offices (please suggest the best count and positioning given the square footage)

For each suite, I’d like at least two alternative configurations that maximise natural light, keep circulation intuitive, and respect typical attorney–client privacy needs. Deliverables should include PDF floor plans plus the editable CAD file (AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp are all fine) so I can make minor tweaks later. ADA-compliant clearances and furniture blocks that reflect standard legal-office sizing will be important acceptance points.

I’ll supply the scanned sketches and any additional measurements you need as soon as we start. Turnaround within a week is ideal, but let me know if you require a different timeline.
