Atlanta Office Permit Drawings Interior Remodel (70' × 22') – Atlanta, GA
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
I have a completely open 70' × 22' (≈1,540 sq ft) shell that will become an industrial-style office with a hybrid layout of open work areas and a few enclosed rooms. You will receive my as-built floor plan, the LOD-300 Revit model, and the matching CAD file the moment we start.
Your stamp must be valid in the State of Georgia and you need to be comfortable shepherding drawings through the City of Atlanta permit desk. I am handling all demolition myself; please confirm whether the City will still insist on a demo sheet in the permit set.
What I need from you
Scope Needed:
- Interior layout / space planning
- Full permit-ready stamped construction drawings for the City of Atlanta
- Light MEP coordination (plumbing, electrical)
- Code summary + life safety/egress
- Demolition plan if required by the City (demo performed by owner)
- One round of revisions (if needed)
No exterior or structural changes are planned.
Let me know
• Your fixed fee (or range, if you prefer)
• How long you will need to deliver the permit-ready set once you have my files
• Any extra costs I should budget for—MEP sub-consultants, printing, permit follow-up, etc.
I am ready to move as soon as I select the right architect/engineer, so please outline your relevant Georgia permit experience and confirm you can work directly in Revit or supply a clean, fully coordinated DWG set.
