Armed Forces Training Facility Design
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am developing a new, self-contained training complex for the armed forces and need full architectural design support—from concept to permit-ready drawings. The project must seamlessly combine academic instruction, intensive physical conditioning and 24/7 accommodation on a single site.
I have the master plan and need building designs.
Core functions to integrate
• Classrooms and lecture halls for theoretical instruction
• Large gyms and purpose-built physical training areas
• Secure dormitories paired with shared bathrooms
• Central kitchen and dining hall capable of serving the entire cohort
• Administrative offices, ample storage and armoury-ready areas
• On-site health clinic / medical bay for immediate care
Of these, the residential blocks with shared washrooms, the expansive gym/PT zones, the health clinic, kitchen and organised storage are the highest priorities and should drive circulation and zoning decisions.
What I expect from you
1. Schematic and detailed floor plans (AutoCAD or Revit) with accurate room schedules, adjacencies and square-metre counts.
2. 3D exterior massing and two or three interior perspectives that convey flow from dormitories to gyms and classrooms.
3. A brief report explaining structural grid, expansion potential and compliance with standard military security and safety codes.
I will provide rough site dimensions, troop strength and operational flow charts on award. Please outline your approach, any comparable defence-sector designs you have completed and preferred software in your proposal so I can gauge fit quickly.
