I’m assembling a small remote team to prepare detailed architectural shop drawings that I can plug straight into my construction take-off and estimating workflow. The drawings must be accurate enough for quantity take-offs and contractor coordination—think fully dimensioned plans, elevations, sections, and schedules rather than simple layout sketches.

• PDF sheets for issue plus the original source files (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or a comparable platform—use the one you’re fastest with).
• Quick turn-around and clear communication over Zoom or WhatsApp to resolve RFI-style questions as they arise.
