Architectural Redesign of Two Units into One

Job Post: Redesign Existing Floor Plan into a Single 4-Bedroom Apartment
Description:
I have a sketch of the current layout of two separate apartment units (see attached). I want to combine them into one large apartment with a practical and modern layout.
What I Need:
1. Digitize the current plan (2D CAD or professional floor plan) from my sketch to show how the layout is today.
2. Redesign the layout so that:
• Room 1 and Room 2 remain exactly as they are, with their attached bathrooms in place.
• Convert the rest of the space (currently the second unit) into an integrated part of the apartment.
• Add two additional bedrooms (Rooms 3 & 4) with attached bathrooms.
• Create one shared spacious living room with an open kitchen area.
• Include a large balcony space that connects well to the living/dining area for natural light.
• Ensure bathroom/water pipe placement is realistic, reusing the current toilet/bathroom plumbing lines as much as possible for cost efficiency.
Deliverables:
• 2D floor plan (PDF, JPG, CAD) showing the redesigned layout.
• Proposed water/plumbing alignment for the new bathrooms.
• (Optional) 3D visual renderings to better visualize the redesigned apartment.
Requirements:
• Experience in architectural design, space planning, or interior design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software.
• Ability to suggest creative and practical space utilization while keeping structural and plumbing feasibility in mind.
