Architectural Plans from House Sketches

I already put my ideas on paper and now have a set of basic sketches for a new house. I need those rough drawings translated into a complete, build-ready architectural design. The focus is purely on Architectural design; interiors and landscaping will be handled later.

Here’s what I’d like to receive:
• Scaled floor plans, elevations, and roof plan derived from my sketches
• A coordinated digital model in AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp (whichever you prefer)
• A simple site layout showing building footprint and main setbacks
• PDFs ready for printing plus the original editable files

Accuracy and a good eye for proportion matter more to me than photorealistic rendering, but if you can add a few perspective views to help visualise form, that’s a plus. My sketches will be shared once we start; they show overall dimensions and room layout, so you’ll be refining, not guessing.

Please let me know which software you intend to use and an estimated turnaround time for the first draft. I’m ready to move quickly and provide prompt feedback.
