I’m searching for a dependable freelance designer who can step in and handle the architectural and interior design needs of my company. The work is strictly within the design sphere—no marketing or web development—covering everything from concept to presentation.

Projects on the horizon range from residential remodels to office fit-outs, cafés, and other small commercial spaces. For each assignment, I’ll supply a brief and any existing site data; you’ll turn that into a complete design package: concept sketches, floor plans, elevations, mood boards, material/colour palettes, and photorealistic 3D visuals when needed. Precise CAD or BIM files that convert smoothly into construction documentation are a must, whether you prefer AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or a comparable tool.
