Architectural Drawings Based on Engineer's Plans

We are looking for an experienced freelance architect to prepare architectural drawings for a G+5 residential apartment.

Scope of Work
Create 2 apartment flat plans based on the engineer's structural drawings.
Prepare 1 complete typical floor plan showing all flats, lift, staircase, and common areas.
Design a modern front elevation for the apartment building.
Incorporate revisions based on feedback.

1 Typical Floor Plan (2D)
Front Elevation Design
Source files (DWG/Revit/SketchUp) and PDF
Requirements
Experience designing apartment buildings.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software.
Portfolio of previous apartment projects.
