Architectural Drawing for Wall Replacement

My city inspector is requiring a zoning structural plan of how to repair my damaged wall. I need architectural drawing before I can replace the damaged load-bearing wall in my residential single-family home. The wall is wood construction, and I am not altering the original layout—this is strictly a like-for-like replacement to restore structural integrity and close the permit.

Here is what I need from you:
• Produce a professional drawing set showing the existing wall and the identical replacement, including dimensions, framing details, and any connection or footing notes needed for code compliance.
• Provide structural notes that clearly indicate “no change to original design” so the permit office understands the scope.
• Stamp or digitally sign the drawings if you are licensed in my state (preferred), or prepare them so my local PE can add the stamp easily.
• Deliver PDF sheets ready for submission plus the editable source file (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).

I will supply photos, rough measurements, and any prior plans I can locate. Please confirm your experience with wood-frame residential structures and your availability for quick turnaround, as the city is waiting on this packet to re-open my permit.
