Architectural Drafting for Villas
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 AUD
I need detailed architectural drafting and documentation for a new residential project. The project involves two single-storey villas, each with approximately 120m2 of living area.
Requirements:
- Complete architectural drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections) based on the attached preliminary plans
- Detailed documentation for construction, sections details, and internal room layout for cabinetry.
- Compliance with local building codes and regulations, western Australian R-codes and NCC.
- Coordination with engineers and consultants as needed
- Landscape design.
- Compliant with the city of Stirling's planning scheme
-Autocad files are available if required.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in residential architectural drafting
- Strong knowledge of building codes and construction documentation
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software
- Attention to detail and accuracy
