Architectural CAD Retail Floorplan

I need an architect-level CAD drawing that turns my rough shop map into a clean, professional floorplan for a retail store. The aesthetic I’m after is modern and minimalistic, so open sight-lines, simple geometry, and an uncluttered layout must guide every decision.

You’ll receive a hand-sketched map that already shows where each zone should go; your job is to translate it into a polished architectural file ready for landlord approval and contractor use. Dimensions, walls, fixtures, and circulation paths all need to be drafted to scale, with clear annotations and a legend.

Preferred tools are AutoCAD (DWG) or Revit—whichever lets you supply both the editable file and a high-resolution PDF set. I’ll provide any block libraries or branding elements you need once we start.

Deliverables:
• One fully layered CAD file (metric)
• PDF sheets in A3 and A1 sizes with title block, north arrow, scale bar, and key notes
• A single revision round after my review to capture final tweaks
