Architectural CAD Construction Documentation

I’m moving into the construction-document phase on a U.S. architectural project and need an experienced CAD drafter who is already comfortable with American drawing standards—ANSI sheet sizes, typical line weights, dimension styles, and notation conventions. You’ll receive my design-development files, red-lined PDFs, and reference models; your job is to turn them into a clean, coordinated permit set.

AutoCAD is preferred, but if you work in Revit that’s fine as long as I receive DWG exports. I’ll stay available for quick clarifications so we can keep the turnaround tight and the revisions minimal.

Deliverables I need back, each properly scaled, dimensioned, and annotated:
• Floor plans
• Exterior elevations
• Building sections

Please maintain my layer naming and plotting standards, flag any code conflicts you spot, and return both the native files and print-ready PDFs. If you have recent U.S. construction-document samples, share a couple so I can confirm we’re on the same page before we start.
