Architect for Prefab Aluminium System Design

Architect or Structural Engineer
Civil Engineer or Mechanical Engineer
Candidate Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong technical understanding of construction and prefabricated systems
Hands-on experience with BIM (Revit) – including parametric family creation
Skilled in AutoCAD & Sketchup (2D drafting and 3D modelling)
Knowledge of 3D rendering tools (e.g., Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion)
Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/Power Point for design presentation (preferred) Exposure to structural design tools like ETABS, Robot, SAP2000, Tekla, etc.
Experience with aluminium systems, façades, or modular design is a plus Ability to work independently and collaborate in remote international teams
Key Responsibilities:
• Create Revit BIM models and parametric families for aluminium systems
• Prepare detailed 2D/3D CAD drawings and 3D visualisation content
• Coordinate with international design and structural teams on projects
• Support design documentation, fabrication detailing, and installation workflows
• Ensure technical precision and digital coordination throughout project stages
