Apartment Plan Modification & Interior
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have the original PDF file for my apartment and now need an architect-designer who can reshape the internal layout without touching the structural columns, window openings, or the main entrance door and create CAD files and 3dmax.
Objectives
• Open up the kitchen by removing the non-load-bearing wall that separates it from the adjacent space, giving the kitchen a larger, lighter footprint.
• Redesign both bathrooms for better circulation and updated fixture placement.
• Carve out a dedicated dressing area for the master bedroom.
• All of the above will be achieved by smartly repositioning internal partition walls; no columns or façade openings may be moved.
Workflow
1. First, deliver a revised architectural plan showing the new wall positions, annotated with clear dimensions and notes on demolished and new partitions.
2. Once I sign off on the plan, proceed to the interior design package: mood boards, material palettes, and 3D visualisations that reflect the agreed layout.
Deliverables
– Updated floor plan in DWG + PDF
– Demolition/new-partition overlay
– Two rounds of revisions on the plan
– Interior concept boards (kitchen, bathrooms, master suite)
– Final 3D renders and basic furniture layout
Kindly mention which software you prefer—AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, etc.—so I know we can exchange files smoothly.
