I am looking for a skilled architect or Revit designer to develop two facade design proposals for a 3-story apartment building. The building is intended for investment purposes, so the focus is on achieving a design that is simple, clean, and cost-efficient, while still maintaining a modern and attractive appearance.

The design should avoid unnecessary complexity and expensive materials, but it must not look cheap or low-quality. The goal is to strike a balance between budget control and visual appeal.

Scope of Work:

Develop 3 different facade design concepts
Provide the designs using Autodesk Revit (editable files)
Include basic 3D views and elevations for both proposals
Suggest practical, cost-effective materials suitable for execution
Ensure the design is easy to construct and realistic

Design Requirements:

Modern and minimal style
Use of simple geometry and clean lines
Smart use of materials (e.g., paint, plaster, limited cladding if needed)
Consider shading, window proportions, and depth to enhance appearance without increasing cost
Suitable for a residential apartment building (3 floors)

Deliverables:

Revit files (.RVT) for both proposals
Elevations and 3D views (rendered or shaded)
Brief explanation of design idea and material suggestions

Important Notes:
