Beyond the usual bedrooms, kitchen and living areas, the design must include fully-equipped conference rooms, airy open workspaces and a handful of quiet private offices that feel integrated rather than tacked on.
What I need from you: a complete architectural package—concept sketches through to permit-ready plans—plus persuasive 3D visuals I can share with investors. You’re free to work in AutoCAD, Revit or SketchUp as long as final files are editable and accompanied by high-resolution renders.
Key acceptance criteria
• Floor plans clearly separating public and private circulation paths
• Structural layout that keeps the work areas column-free where possible
• Sun-study or daylight report showing comfortable light levels during office hours
• Deliverables: PDFs for review, native CAD/BIM files, and four exterior + four interior renders
