Advanced Revit Industrial Foundation Model W_Cob
Budget: €750 – €1,500 EUR
I need a highly detailed Revit model for the Wald_Cob industrial-machinery foundation. The scope calls for an advanced level of detail—think LOD-400—with every structural and embedded component ready for coordination and fabrication.
What the model must show
• Supports and anchors: base plates, anchor bolts, grout pads, embedded plates and sleeves.
• Canalizaciones y drenajes: cable trenches, drain channels, sumps and any associated pipe sleeves.
Any other accessory that ties into these systems should be modeled so clash‐detection runs cleanly.
Standards & templates
All geometry, families, naming conventions and shared parameters must align with our internal company requirements. I will supply the latest template, object styles and a brief BIM Execution Guide; follow them precisely so the file drops straight into our master project.
Deliverables
1. Native Revit (.rvt) file, saved in the version I specify when we start.
2. A coordinated 3D view set and two sectional sheets that demonstrate correct placement of anchors and drainage runs.
3. A short change log noting any assumptions or requests for information.
I value tidy work—no orphaned geometry, no duplicate levels, and only the families actually used. If you are experienced in industrial foundations and confident delivering advanced Revit detail, I look forward to collaborating with you.
