Assignment specification
1. Choose one case organisation. The case could be selected from the literature, or it could be a new case that you wish to research (including your own data collection).
2. Discuss alternative theories to use and conduct a strategic analysis of the case with one chosen framework or theory. (Learning outcome 1 and 2).
3. Develop a Business Process Model for key business processes of the firm. (Learningoutcome 2)
4. Discuss the mutual impact and consequences between IS and business in the case organisation, by applying Enterprise Architectural concepts. (Learning outcome 3).
5. Critically evaluate how the strategy may inflict the organisation. (Learning outcome 3).
