Job Description:
Purchase designated products on major e-commerce platforms (Amazon) for testing.
Assess the product quality, packaging, shipping experience, and overall customer experience.
Provide detailed and honest feedback in the form of written reports and photos/videos.
Complete multiple testing tasks per month, depending on availability.
Requirements:
Must have prior experience shopping on major e-commerce platforms (Amazon.).
Strong written communication skills and ability to clearly describe the user experience.
Attention to detail and the ability to provide thorough, objective feedback.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Prior product testing or review experience is a plus, but not required.
