To do a code review

What the review code should include
1 - check of code validity
2 - check of code optimization
3 - check for obvious backdoors
4 - Checking for Code Style
Based on the results of the review code:
ToDo list: changes to be made to the code after the review
Questions: indicate your questions about parts of the code that are unclear after the review
Suggestions for improvement: make your suggestions and wishes on the task code and/or related tasks. For example, agree to create a task to update the old method in other parts of the code to the new one, and start a ToDo and task in the task tracker for this, and put it in the team's tech debt.
We need someone who knows how to meet deadlines.
