Editor Review for Journal Article -- 2

Seeking a well-versed individual familiar in [international] journal publications in providing a comparative analysis over a 10-page Word document consisting of 4,400 words, including abstract and references, over 9 editorial comments/concerns. Must be a native English speaker or bilingual equivalent. The desired individual to complete this task will have direct experience with journal publications as an editor or has already been published -- preferably an individual with doctoral status -- but must return desired comments in less than one calendar week. Individual must express their compliance to a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to protect the work (i.e., on-going publication) and editorial comments to start the task. No copywriting or revisions are needed: the individual will determine whether the revised copy meets the 9 comments/concerns. For example, "The author(s) did not frame the paper well enough. For example I am not certain why we in public administration and policy should be concerned with social work leadership. The author needs to frame this argument so that it makes sense to readers not in social work." Extensive and descriptive rationale and justification will need to be provided by the selected individual to support whether or not revisions addressed the 9 comment/concerns. If revisions did not address the comment/concern, please provide insights on how to improve the quality of the paper, including where it should go within the article. Please be mindful that the maximum word count is 6,000 words, including abstract and references, for this publication, so precise feedback is direly needed if further additions or elaborations are needed. This is NOT a project that requires generation of fake content: this is a comparative analysis requiring thoughtful expert opinion on whether the 10-page document does or does not meet the 9 concerns/comments.
