Reverse engineering patch files

The project itself is to create a tool that makes it possible to transform the patch file back to its Source file format. Purpose this is a specific program an ERP System that allows the customer to create their own customizations, I have some customers who create these customizations and end up losing the source file, due to bad storage and bad code control and versioning practices. But the system once the source is applied in the client environment it allows you to extract these files in the patch format which is already very good, but the patch file is not possible evolutions and/or corrections in the customization.
