Reverse Engineer Industrial PCB into a Schematic

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I have a two-layer board taken from a vending machine, and I need the full schematic recreated by reverse engineering the PCB from photo's and (in extreme condition) send you a PCB. The Schematic can be in KiCad, Eagle, PDF or whatever you prefer.
The PCB is apprximately 220mm x 150mm with most omponents on side 1, but 7 seg displays and LED's on side 2.
I will supply high-resolution photos of both sides, measurements, and any markings that are still visible. I will also provide details of what the board does, and what all the connectors do.
I will also provide additional photo's of the board with all the components removed to expose tracks under IC's.
Your task is to trace every net, identify all components, and deliver a clean KiCad project that accurately reflects the original circuit.

To make expectations crystal clear, I will consider the job complete when I receive the following:
• A confirmed schematic file showing all nets, component references, values, and hierarchical sheets if required
• A generated netlist that matches the physical board
• BOM designatoris. Component values aren't important

Time frame is approximately 2 weeks to complete in full.
I will create a milestone for the full value of the project, but I will only release payment once the project is complete and verified. If this is unacceptable, please don't submit a proposal.

Please preserve the existing reference designators where possible and flag any ambiguities so we can resolve them together before final delivery.
