Ford Cluster File Decryption

I have a single Ford instrument-cluster dump that I can’t open. The file itself is healthy, yet any viewer treats it as an unreadable “.jpg”, which tells me the extension is only a disguise; the real content is almost certainly encrypted.
Your task is to study that file, determine the encryption or obfuscation method Ford used, and hand back a clean, fully readable version along with a concise outline of what you did so I can repeat the process on similar dumps in the future. I’m interested in proven experience with ECU or cluster firmware, reverse-engineering tools such as IDA, Ghidra, or Hex-Rays, and any prior success decrypting proprietary formats.
