Find adresses in a PS2 game and make a mod with it.

Hi, i would like to use a cosmetic mod for a ps2 game that i play, but i'm not good at finding adresses in cheat engine, but i know it can be done. I'd like someone to do that and also make a code for it in CodeBreaker.
