EXE application modification expert

I have a Windows desktop application available only as a compiled .EXE. At launch it currently performs a license-key check, and that entire routine needs to disappear. No alternative authentication is required—the program should simply start fully unlocked and keep every other feature exactly as it is.
Because I do not have the source code, this calls for someone experienced with reverse-engineering and PE patching tools such as IDA Pro, Ghidra, x64dbg or similar. Your task is to locate the license-validation logic, neutralize or remove it, then rebuild the binary so it runs on Windows 10/11 without pop-ups, online calls, or hidden checks.
Deliverables
• A clean, working EXE with the license check removed
• A brief technical note outlining the offsets or functions touched so the patch can be reproduced if necessary
