I have several double-layer printed circuit board that has stopped performing reliably. Several symptoms point to multiple underlying faults: a few components no longer behave as expected, some traces appear open or damaged, and certain connectors intermittently lose continuity. Unfortunately, I do not have the original schematic or any Gerber/design files, so the job will require hands-on troubleshooting and a bit of reverse-engineering.

Here’s what I need from you:

• Locate and replace or re-solder the malfunctioning components.
• Identify and restore any broken or lifted traces so every signal path is solid.
• Resolve the intermittent connection issues at the board’s headers and edge connectors.
• Once the board is fully functional again, capture a simple schematic (even a clean hand-drawn or KiCad recreation is fine) so I have reference documentation for future work.

You should already be comfortable tracing double-layer boards with limited documentation, using tools such as a multimeter, oscilloscope, continuity tester, rework station, and—if available—a microscope for fine-pitch inspection. Please let me know how you typically verify repaired boards and what turnaround time you can offer once the board is on your bench.
