Developing a complex browser-based game

I'm looking for an experienced developer to create a complex browser-based Strategy game. The complexity level of the game should be intermediate, meaning that it will challenge players with reasonably difficult game mechanics, levels and objectives. Its main purpose should be to provide entertainment, so there should be no in-app purchases or other similar features. From art design to programming and development, the selected freelancer will manage the entire process of creating the game from scratch.
