Beckhoff PLC SW unlock

This is NOT a PLC programming job. We have a Beckhoff Twincat PLC system, running in MS Windows PC. The vendor is not responding to help us. It was deployed a couple of years ago, so may be using recent version of TwinCat.
We need to make some PLC program changes. Need help in retrieving the current program(s) in an editable form or get us the log-in. REWRITE OF LOGIC IS NOT AN OPTION.
Remote access to PLC system can be provided via a laptop connected to the network.
